Thats a killer lookin hood man! I would get it! It says OBO so you may be able to get it even cheaper since you got to have it painted. Just keep in mind its all fiberglass.

 

That is a nice hood and that wont last long. You should still be able to keep the bug shield as it mounts to the grill and the grill to the hood.

 

That's a cool hood. Offer him $250 and you just got a smokin deal.

Definately lose the mustache with that hood. Unless you have a matching one.

another question if i set it up for functionality how do you keep water out of the system when its raining?

 

This hood has been on craigslist for a month or so. I talked to the guy, asked if hed take less, said no the first time, now its obo. Its about a $650 dollar hood, so $350 isnt a bad deal, but maybe now he'll cave a bit. Ihave been wanting to get it but Im torn between the stock srt10 hood, this one or a steel ram air hood from reflexxion. thats what i was wondering... i wanted to do a functional hood scoop on my truck, but i could never figure out how to get just air and no water when its raining...

 

jarhead that reflexxion hood is bad ***. that is the one i want on my truck. there is a member on here that has it installed on a white truck. looks amazing

I would give it a shot... its a nice hood

i would inspect it good and see if its warped in some way... maybe they had it leaning in sun light or who knows... so when you try to line it up it will be tougher than expected..

tell em you got cash and he'll come down.. i always do when i sell stuff on CL... somehow just hearing that phrase gets me going and i drop the price lol
