I don't know much about DRLs, but unless you have a Ram in Canada, you won't have to worry about that on our trucks in the US.

I didnt think that there was a difference between the two models. your guys' lamp shuts off when you put your signal on correct?

Ive been told by the local shops that all they do is cancel out your DRL's and you just have full power lamps.

They could just cancel out the DRL's. But in the US, the trucks don't have DRL's, so the lights don't turn off when we use our blinkers, because there are no lights turned on.

I'm not sure if this has already been noted in this thread, but I just finished installing my 8k HIDs from HID-Xtra. The headlights, which required capacitors, went well. However, the fog light kit did not work. Do the fog lights need a capacitor as well like the headlights to make them work? I've already sent Michelle a PM, but I wanted to get your guys' take while I'm waiting for her to get back. Thanks!

That was weird, went to go put a capacitor on the fog light, and then suddenly they all worked on their own. So disregard my comment. The HIDs look awesome! They have a very sweet blue to them with a great mix of white, they don't look cheezy at all, I was anticipating them looking really illegal blue lol. It makes the truck look so badass lol.

Here are some ****ty cellphone pictures with my temporary Razor V3 of the 8k HIDs. I like these a lot, and it's giving the truck 2x the looks.
