I beat one from a 55mph roll on the interstate about 2 weeks ago. I wasn't impressed by the big SS at all.

i have some funny news this weekend i meet up with that SS at Arbys and i asked him if he wanted to run them for some cash and he said No because i would beat him. LOL he said his truck in completley stock. He said he raced a hemi like mine before but with only a dual exahust and intake from a 30 mph roll and it was a close race. Do you guys think that is true???

Dont race for cash, race for fun, he might have done it that way. When you say lets race for cash it makes it sound like you are trying to trick the person into a loose loose situation or like you have more into your vehicle than what you say you do which will make most back down. Kind of an intimidation factor.

I remember the first time i raced an SS...at the time I only had a catback and superchips and he was running LT's (the only thing I can remember..it was so long ago), well, he tore me a new one but he was cool about it and told me what he did (I just remember bein out-modded).... now i wish I could re-run the same guy now considering the mods i have...it would definitely be a much closer race (then again, he cold have kept on modding as well...)

this is a centrifical supercharger which is a paxton novi 2000

Yea thats true truckin never really thought about it that way. Race for fun... He seems like a cool guy too. Just have to make the time to race...

Another thing guys i ran with a truck identical to mine but with out the TBS and the X-pipe, he had a cat back with factory y-pipe and a super chip like me, raced from a dig and a roll several times and my truck pulled on him everytime, i even let him go on a 30 mph roll before i did and i still passed him. Could something on his truck be wrong or what??
