I used to run flow 50 deltas a few years ago until i couldn't stand the in-cab noise either.. my first magnaflow droned...but after installing headers, it has disappeared and it is very pleasant in the cab... I even installed cutouts just in case i wanted GOD AWFULL ROAR...hehe

I have magnaflow on my hemi and really like the way it sounds. At cruise on the highway its barely heard and I have a catback magnaflow.

I believe thats why Flowmaster made the 50 series for the HEMI... its the only one they list when you use their online fit guide. Its also what I have on mine and its mild on easy takeoff, idle and general cruising. It has some drone but its about as minimal as it can get in my ram since I removed the resonator too. On hard accelleration it comes alive with all the noise that you need considering performance should be before noise.

Go with magnaflow!! Sounds great, and you can't really hear it in the cab.

When I first replaced my stock "suffication can" with a Flowmaster I was worried about the drone. But I went with the Delta 50 series and had the shop mount it just before the "over the axle pipes" and it sounded great. Just the right amount of inside sound. People that are buying flowmaster and don't realize how much the "series" can change the sound (inside and outside) are not doing their homework. Get a Delta and move the muffler as far back as possible, you'll be happy with it. As far as the rust issue... there's no denying it. I know mine would with is why I went with it. Every few years I want something different. It's been 3 years with the side in/dual out delta 50. Now I'm going with an high flow cats, x-pipe, cutouts, and dual stainless 40 series delta flowmaster. Flowmaster warrants the stainless mufflers for 10 years. I'm excited to hear what they sound like!

have a 40 series on my 04 hemi and it has dual 2.5 outlets which side exit in front of my tire and it's not bad at all in my cab. However the exhaust tech who put it on said the more piping you have running to the back the louder it gets. Don't know how true it is.

That sounds real good. Mine is set up this way and no drone. I love the sound too.

Magnaflow. I have the cat-back kit with dual rear outlets. It has a nice sound but is not bothersome at all cruising @ 2000rpm. I do this daily on the interstate.
