and that may help... I spoke to a friend of mine that is the warranty clerk for a local dodge dealer and told him your story and he said thats BS... they must not want the work he said because they usually just replace the whole rear like they will end up doing with mine once I get around to pulling the drop shackles and sway bar off and put my stock tune back in so as everyone is happy.

Best bet is to raise hell and go as high over thier heads as possible talk to supervisor after supervisor. The people at the shop are looking for thier best interest If you get to someone who doesnt have to actually be involved in the process but can honor your warrently they will push it through just so they dont have to deal with you.
