That dryer vent looks pretty damn good after it was painted. I would never have known. Not a big fan of the flex pipe though. I would rather hard pipe it but its your truck and not mine. Otherwise it looks pretty good to me. Can you feel more power flying down the highway?

Why not try putting air filter before the air box? The stock air box holds a lot of air that might create a ram air effect. I'm not sure how you would create a heat shiled to allow cooler air in, Plastic is going to absorb a lot of the engine heat.

If you could put air driven turbine down near the grill, ( near the rad Fan ) this might drive more air into the air box, I think the fender intake is a week link as well as the ruber hose running into the TB.

Ideas my sound dumb, but thier worth every effort to figure out if it will work, not so long ago I had the crazy idea of putting ice in the air box, worked great, until the ice melted...

Glad to see some innovative designs you coming up with, if you lived closer I think we could come up with some great designs.
I like that idea, congrats.

see thats why I went the setup that I did. You really cant beat the air that it generates and its about as much a true ram-air setup that your gonna get...
