Default Play tug

Hey guys, i just picked me up a 07 mega cab 1500 4x4 with the hemi saturday love the truck and the room. but my buddy has a 03 chevy 4 door 4x4 2500 diesel and wants to hook up, wondering if my mega cab had a chance pulling against that diesel?

i dont think you would have a chance, and i know its your truck but man i would be careful pulling a new truck you just got in case something happened

He'll have compareable numbers unless he's chipped. You'll also be close to the same weight I think.

Might be a good tug. Be careful if you're gonna do it tho, always a risk of damage when tugging like that.

If you do it video it!

I wouldn't recommend tugging with a diesel. These Hemi's are sporty and have plenty of power to do what most need done, but everything on a diesel is built heavier and he's got you on torque. Just my two cents worth...

Diesel's got you on torque, but hey if you're prepared to catch some crap for losing then I say go for it, and bring a camera!

bottom line... i wouldnt go against a diesel... no offence to your truck, but they could pull the titanic out of the ocean. i dont think you would have a chance
