Firstly, so glad your OK bwhite757.
It all sucks, but you still have your health and are still with us. Can you imagine what a hit like that would be like on a smaller vehicle? The Dodge did well my friend!
Hope you get well compensated for all your losses and she rightfully gets what's coming to her!

Secondly,

Glad your OK, It really sucks when some inconsiderate lowlife can't take a cab or get a ride from a buddy instead of risking countless lives. That was a good looking rig you had there. If it was me, I would hope it was totaled, I wouldn't want a vehicle that has had frame damage.
Take her *** to the cleaners and get you something really nice. Many states would classify that as attempted vehicular homicide now.
That's great news about the "attempted vehicular homicide" lxman1.

In these well educated well publised days, THERE IS NO EXCUSE to DUI!!!!!!!
Everyone knows the consequences and what can happen etc.
For me, anyone who gets behind the wheel drunk and causes stuff like this, should automatically receive that charge.
As I say, there are NO excuses and I personally hope she gets well and truely slammed by the judge and the courts.

Rant over lol.

Ok, they put up the arrest reports on the internet, guess I missed the fact she also had a small child in the car (they kept up separated, and when she stopped about a block away from the accident) so I didn't see this. Anyway, this is what she was charged with for her arrest:

Glad your okay first of all. And f the drunk driver now its all about the child endangerment. Talk about no discipline... wow. I would beat my wifes a$$ and glady go to jail for a couple of days if she drove drunk with my child. And I strongly dont believe in hitting a woman but come on lady a child?
