Oh, she was driving an 82 oldsmobile cutlass...

Insurance was legit, talked to her insurance company yesterday, they've got everything started, sending someone to look at my truck Monday, will have an answer by Tuesday as to what route they are going to go with.

Sorry about your truck, hopefully the driver will learn their lesson and stop driving drunk before they hurt someone.

3 of those charges will disappear given a plea bargain, DA's use multiple lesser charges like that to prevent it from going to trail. But, I bet the child endangerment, DUI and driving with out a license are gonna stick. Thankfully she had insurance.

Hey if your not gonna use that cut-out on your next vehicle I would gladly take it off your hands. (Don't mean to sound like a vulture but... I figured I would ask?) I can't believe she was that stupid though first of all to drive drunk and without a license and better yet with her kid in the car and both without seatbelts. I mean wtf is wrong with your head lady?!?

And my sister wonders why I give her **** for driving home or anywhere else after her and her friends religious Tuesday night drinking at a local place . . . her defense word for word the first time I gave her ****, "hey I can still walk a straight line and I'm not stupid like the other people" . . . let alone she's legally blind in one eye (it can see but every things blurry from what she says)

And she isn't the sharpest tool in the shed to boot . . . I wouldn't wish this kind of accident on her, but at the very least get caught and slapped with a DUI (Heard they're EXPENSIVE).

Glad to hear you're ok though, and that apparently I know why I feel rather safe in my truck now . . . good luck man.
