Default CEL on for the second time. Need help please.

The CEL came on, so with the code reader i checked out what it was. It came from an 2002 5.9L V8.

P0300
P0301
P0442
P0455
P0307

I know the P0442, 0455 are leak from the exhaust, its rusted out so i understand that. But why so many misfires in two different cylinders?
Last time it came on it threw the same codes so i had all new wires and plugs put in along with o2 plugs. What seems to be the problem? what do i do next?

any opinion will be appreciated.

I seriously doubt it. The DTC should be the same either way

Try a new cap and rotor button too. They are a pita to replace back there and often get neglected.

Did I miss something? What cap and rotor are you talking about?

shinna202 had said they have 2002 with a 5.9L engine, It does have a dist cap and rotor. The 5.9,5.2, and the 3.9 for the trucks were the last to have distributor ignition.
