want more power

Has to be, it's a PowerWagon.
Start with the "Big 3", get you a programmer (Diablo or Superchips would both be good choices for your '05), a CAI and cat back exhaust for a start. You already have a leg up on most, those stock 4.56 gears are already helping that heavy beast out tremendously...

i put a standard 40 flowmaster muffler, but thats all ive done exhaust wise, wasnt looking for power when i did that, just the right sound. yea its a hemi, and your definatley right, i can feel the low gearing really help the truck take off, but i feel like i could still get more out of it. it is pretty heavy and the 35s dont help to much either. but thanks for the suggestions. now is the predator a stage chip? really would like to be able to fluxuate between horsepower levels. my buddies got a superchip in his dodge but its just a 90+, he doesnt have much for options after its plugged in. i dont know much about chips at all really.

Well this is gonna disapoint you a lot but... The flowmaster is actually hampering your performance they just choke the HEMI up ask anyone here. An intake will help some. None of the chips offered for the HEMI allow for power to be adjusted on the fly like a diesel because to make more power you need to run higher octane fuel and by inadvertently selecting a higher power rating with lower grade fuel you can cause engine damage. It is easy to change the power increase though just takes about 5 or so minutes. With your truck being a 2005 I would recommend the super chips cortex or 3856 (I think) as it offers great tunability for the trans. Headers and a full properly flowing exhaust may flow up a few more ponies as well as a cam or a torque converter. The options are there you just gotta bring cash to the table.

No headers available for the PW, at least not in a Long Tube flavor. Only option is to have them custom built on the truck...

the predator and superchips flashpaq both have levels for where to set performance. the flashpaq 3865 is about to get a whole new set of customizable options that you might want to look into. check out the superchips and diablo threads stickied at the top of the 3rd gen forum. you can't go wrong with either for an 05, but i'm a bit partial to the SC.
