Default Stock Tires

How many miles do you usually get with your stock tires before you need to swap? I have almost 40k on them and I may be looking to get some new ones in the near future.

I put 56k miles on my stock tires and I only ever rotated them twice during that time. Plus I had never done an alignment on the truck so you could they were wearing unevenly. Of course when I replaced them they were very very bald.

hmm, because i rotate about every six months so that of course extends the life of 'em but I may be looking into a new set for the spring, just not sure what kind. I would like all season tires though. What would be a good place to buy from? Tires Plus Wheels? Town Fair?

Would anyone recommend another tire that is all season if they don't have or don't like the good years? I'm not really sure what I should get for my next set of tires..although the nitto terra grapplers look nice haha

How big of a tire do you think I would be able to fit under stock height? A little over 20 like 22/23?

I plan on putting them on the stock 17 rims

I think I got about 18k on my stockers before I upgraded to some with traction.

LOL I wish sometimes that I did that, but I can't bring myself to get rid of tires that still have some tread on them, even though they suck.

I'm looking at the nitto terra grapplers from discount tire, but they recently raised their price a bit. They had 265/70r17's for like 121 each w/ free shipping, now they're about $125 after the instant rebate.
