I would love to see a pic of your CV axles. I'm curious to see how you got that much lift without increasing the angle to a point where they are gonna snap at some point turning the weight of that wheel/tire combination.
I know many, including myself who use their truck off-road, have stopped at 35" tires and moderate lift height for fear of snapping CV axles...

I have put this truck through more hell than i believe most of you would be willing to do, but hey ive been wrong before. Ive had it burried to where the doors wont open and you couldnt see my 38s anymore. I have drove it through our pond with water about 3in above the rockers, just two name a few of the worse times..i have had ZERO cv problems other than a busted boot that cracked in the seam and a boot clamp came off..

Yeah, those angles are not extreme at all. A LOT of standard kits that won't even clear 37s increase the angles a lot worse than yours.
Of course, since I have a torsion bar front on my '04 it won't be of any benefit to me, but the combination of 6" suspension lift with the Quicklifts looks like a relatively safe combination. I installed a set of Quicklifts for a friend on his '06 Ram and was impressed with them.

My only real option is to go to a 3" body in combination with my suspension lift, but that gives me a problem with my grill guard/winch mount which has to be frame mounted. I can fab and hack, but really don't want to as it appears my bumper would have to be hacked up a good bit. If I take the easy way out and put a set of level keys on with my lift, I run into an extreme CV angle issue.
Not for me, I've pulled a couple trucks out the woods with 37"+ tires who've snapped CVs whilst out hog huntin...
