Default Trannys gone

yesterday went to work and tranny started slipping. i just had the oil replaced in their about 4 weeks ago and now it was completely gone. it smells like burning wood. i didnt know we wernt suppose to replace that oil. anyways the people who did should be at fault but i know they arent going to take responsibility for it. it only slips from a start. so am i screwed or what??

so you did a tranny flush? did you replace the filter too? if you did a flush the extra dirt is probably clogging the filter
