free powder coating-what should i get done?

Default free powder coating-what should i get done?

one of my friends at the gym knows the owner of a powder coating place and he said i could get free powder coating as long as i give him the part and he brings it in. what should i get done? i already have my bumper done and everything else on the outside is already black.i cant let this go to waste,lol

i cant do the rims b/c they are chrome clad (plastic) should i do anything under the hood or under the truck? im actually gonna paint my flower pedals black myself after the winter.you dont see to many black flower pedals

hmmm, looks like you got it all covered, unless you have an exhaust tip hiding from view, i would say get that done just to make it all black...

Im sure silver bullet can help you out on this one. Hes usually good at finding things to paint. lol

You can only powdercoat metal right? Not sure how the process works. I would have your re end and frame powder coated. Even though that doesnt sound very practical, would be cool. easy to clean.

How the hell are you getting free things painted. lol. Every time i talk to you your getting something painted done for free. Hook you up lol. I have lots of things that need to be painted lol.

I'm confused by this 'chrome clad' rim I keep hearing about. are all the petal rims chrome clad? is there a plastic cover on them or something?

i got black petals

yeah freejay,all the pedals are chrome clad which is a nice chrome looking plastic.they cant be powder coated b/c they will melt or the powder coat wont stick.the clad is like a hub cap but its cemented on to a rim and can be replaced by a dealer but you would never be able to remove it yourself.
