My truck will take one from a dead stop, 30mph roll, etc. by about a truck and a half right now. They are quick but not that quick.

 

Well from a dead stop a 4th Gen Ram would beat me by a truck and on a 30 mile roll it is pretty even to about 80mph. We didnt go faster than that.
My buddy just traded his Saturn ion Redline in for it. They are nice inside but that front end is funky looking.. And that bed is kinda small with that new ram box... Cool but i wouldnt use it.

 

didnt you say you got beat by a silverado awile back...??
seems if a silverado could beat you a new ram should smoke you...

A Silverado never smoked me>>> I said that i was playing around with a Black Silverado SS and from stop light to stop light about a block and then that was that. I found out he works with me but he doesnt want to race he thinks i will beat him.

And i also had another thread about a 03 Sierra that i smoked and then my truck was giving me some problems and raced him again and he kept up a lilttle bit.

 

yeah, that second one is the one i remember... i just remember it because after reading it i was afraid my brothers sierra could beat me. especially since its a r/c

No you should be able to take your brothers truck with what you have no problem. Even if he has a SC, Cai and exhaust. Off the line and from any roll

 

Agreed I've driven a 2010 HEMI 1500 and It runs as an awesome truck....but the front end is just....Ok what I'm trying to say is 3rd Gen > 4th Gen. There. As simple as I could put it. haha.

 

I love my truck, and maybe some of you won't like this but I want to trade up my truck for an 09' or 2010. They're sweet.
