Got my ass whooooped
yeah that front end is a deal breaker for me. I want to drive a truck, not a 4 wheel drive charger with a bed. They look worse than those new ugly chevs. I'll wait for the 5th gen diesel before I upgrade, hopefully dodge will still be making Rams by then.
not to fond of the new frt end either, but love the exhaust out of the rear bumper, maybe some one will design a special frt clip where you can change it out for a different year, or a totaly different type of body kit
I was in the new ram! Gotta say.. PRETTY QUICK! Joe, your trucks sounds and looks amazing though! Even when you did your "Pop Tart" fly-by! Lol. (:
I am not a huge fan of the 4th gen front end but I must admit that i would certainly drive this truck.
It's all about aerodynamics and MPG's on the front end.
Still much prettier than the new Silverado, That's the ugliest front end ever made. The GMC version is ok, but the Chevy version, with those butt ugly gigantic corner pieces, is awful looking!!!
The VCT and dual runner intake help keep the 09 making optimum power all thru the rpm range.

Lmao!....the "poptart" fly-by. So nailed me on that one.
Yikes, I think that looks terrible. I think the new Ram pulls off the aerodynamic front end because they look really sporty at the stock height, but they really out of place in the lifted world. I can absolutely understand someone wanting a new Ram for daily driving, racing, and working, but if if one bought a new truck knowing they planned to lift it with big tires, why would they buy a Ram? There are plently of other trucks out there that would fit the cut much better for lifting high and looking good. The new rams are pretty sweet though, they are extremely quick on their feet. Everything just seems a lot lighter, especially the doors. The backseats on the quad cabs are a little sad how they shrunk them down a little, but other than that they are a very capable truck for doing average loads of work.
