Default Any way to disable the 4,000 rev limit??

Alright guys, I've been going back and forth between getting a superchip cortex but not sure if I want to drop all that money on one just yet... Is there any other way I can just get rid of the rev limiter??

Are you talking about the rev limit when in park? Bc your drive rev limit should be higher than 4000 even on stock tuning.

Going over 4000 in neutral/park would be unwise. You would be risking a grenaded motor. These hemis just weren't made to go over 4k with out a load on them.

No logical reason to rev an engine that high unless it is a manual trans and you are running slicks. Keep the rpm below 4K out of gear or the block may fail to keep the rods inside of it!!
