The project sounded exciting, congratulations on the install! I can only imagine how loud your truck must be now with the longtube headers and those 3" collectors lol. I think your in the right direction going for a big bodied magnaflow muffler. I'm sure it will sound great with the headers so there shouldn't be any kind of disappointment in that regards. Can't wait to see the videos man.

The large magnaflow (12588) is what I am looking for to give me something quiet to run when I have the kid in the truck.

I had thought about putting on an AT 3030 but I think that might even be too loud. Judging by how much louder my Super 40 got by putting on the headers, cats and y-pipe I think that the 3030 might be too much for a quiet option.

Hey my XR1 is about the same as the AT3030 as far as construction and it is really quite quiet as long as you dont get on it....

I'll get a video up with how loud it is with the LT's and Cats this weekend, may give you some idea on what you want to do from here
