Why didnt it fit? Was it hitting something? Has anyone else had this issue? I was looking at getting the pacesetters in the near future.

The only issue I can remember running into was one of the bolt holes on the flange not lining up and having to drill it out a bit to fit. I think it was on the passenger side. Was in the spring of 06 (damn time flies) but I believe that was the side...

Good memory man, that is exactly what it was. The bolt hole at the very front of the flange does not line up and no matter how many ways I tried to get it to line up the hole in the flange was just too far off to get it to fit. So I took it and cut a slot in the flange just like was on the stocker. Once I did that it went on with no problem.

Teach have you considered a resonator?

When I looked under my truck it seemed like NOTHING would fit in there except for the most SQUINCHED design. can you post a picture of the headers in the truck?

Also I know what you guys mean by how ****ty the old exhaust manifold is it's pinched in the middle and a whole mess of other things. Makes me feel like the catback piping i did is basically a waste of money. Made me make headers next in line for mods, I want my ram to breathe!

I can get a pic for you when I crawl back under there. Why am I going back under there already you ask, threw a code today P0157, downstream sensor on the passenger side . Not sure if it is a bad sensor or if I messed up the wiring when I was splicing it. Guess I am going to have to get under there and take a look at my wiring.

Cool, thanks.

Is it safe to run your car without an oxygen sensor? (Just googled downstream sensor)

My car before this one was a 72 nova, so it was basically the 2 screws in the front of the carb to adjust the mixture.

It's scary knowing that the computer controlls the amount of fuel that goes into your vehicle.

Are there ways too pump more fuel/air into the vehicle without really expensive modifications?

It still runs fine with the rear O2 sensor problem. All that one does is monitor the efficiency of the cats.

That front header bolt goes to the EGR port, I did not put that one on and there are no leaks. The sensor is probably because of the high flows not the sensor or wiring itsself, I have heard problems with the highflow cats because of that.
