I'd say with that many miles on it, go ahead and rebuild it while adding the goodies. It would be a waste to spend the money and then it go out shortly after.

Done deal... Dropping her off Sat to fix her up!! Normally I would say "If it ain't broke, don't fix it..." But in this case, I'm not letting her go bust!! Going to take care of my baby because she takes care of me!! Nothing worse than being stranded on the side of the road...
