Hmm good link tuned. That might be the best way for this guy. Buy the mega cab dually bed. And this kit for the rear. So he doesnt have to swap axle or mess with the drive shaft.

Too bad there are no prices on that site.

I wonder how mine would look as a dually with 37" mud tires.

Question about the megacab dually bed- doesn't it have bolt on fender extensions?

The arrowcraft site only appears do 8 stud to 8 stud conversions so you can fit dually wheels to your 8 stud single wheel truck, couldn't see any 5s tud to 8 stud conversion parts and the dodge arches are only up to '02.

The fender flares on the dodgeparts site are $470/side!!! and that assumes the bed side panels are the same as a 1500 and not more open to avoid wheel rub on axle articulation/full load.

Sounds like it would be cheaper to buy a 3500....at least you have the tow capacity if you need it and the cummins diesel option!

yeah, i had that idea awhile back. i wanted to fully lay frame... it would be easier to bag a 1500 that looks like a dually, but not worth it to make a 1500 a dually
