Default Y pipe question help

What is the measurment of the stock y pipe on the truck? I went to moes and it said they didnt have any on there. I believe it is 2.5 in and 3 out?

2007 1500 qc hemi. everywhere i have called dont hae any idea what im talking about they say to just bring it in.

Damn, I wish I knew if that'd fit my 4-7, shiiiieeett.... Im assuming thats not just a direct replacement, a little custom shop-work is involved?

Yeah, that'll fit our 4.7's and yeah, unless you do your own welding, a shop would have to cut the old y pipe out and weld the new one in.

So it is 2.5in for the single side an 3in for the side with two openings, or do I have it backwards. I have heard of 2 different sizes. It is a 2007 with the hemi and has flowmaster muffler on it.

the Y pipe for a hemi ram has two 2.5" tubes going into it, and one 3" tube coming out.

here is a pic of a custom fabricated one:

2.5" inlets with a 3" outlet. The rest of the factory Y is fine (at least the 08 is), just the crimped up section where they come together is what needs to be replaced.
