Will do. I just finished downloading to the DSP now. I am heading out to load it to my truck.

 

PM me your email address and I'll send you over the CROM's just in case. Realy just check to see if it reads the TCM on the first initial install and if you have all the trans options. After that load it and turn the key on and see if you have a calid (calibration ID) for the TCM.

 

Ok, just got done messing with it.

It reads the TCM and writes to it during install. However I have no trans options anymore.

I do have both PCM and TCM CALIDs

I also gained throttle sensitivity adjustment (might be a good thing, I'll have to mess with it) and MDS adjustment (I have an 05 with NO MDS )

Hmmm So it read the TCM but still wont let you adjust anything. This CROM seems to be messed up....

 

Yep...it reads it and said it was writing to tcm, but no tranny adjustments like the 9r04 had.

But I can turn on and off the MDS that is not even on my truck I thought that was interesting.

I am going to run the 06 crom for a while and see if I notice any other differences. Did you notice any differences in how it ran compared to the older croms?

 

Overall it ran a bit stronger than the older CROM's and the throttle sensitivity is a fun thing to play with. But with the WOT shifts at stock it really just sucks if I just could get the WOT shifts I would be fine, well sort of...

 

Try the 9t07b CROM I sent you and see if that does the trick. It sounds like yours may be one of the "good" ones since all the ones with no trans support dont have a TCM calid. This is really going to **** me off if it works on some but not others.

 

glass3222 - Do you recall how your tuner was when you bought it? meaning did it start out as a U9000 or was it preprogrammed with as a U7137 with the right CROM file?
