Just a note: As I stated before I have my controller set at 195 and my fan very seldom comes on. The point is the fan doesn't need to run all of the time. This saves the electrically system from the constant drain.

I have a A/C compresso pulley holder tool and a monkey wrench, and I still can't get the shaft to break loose from the water pump. How much force is needed to get this thing off. I tried putting some screw drivers through the holes but the clutch thing would get in the way so that I couldn't get the screwdriver all the way in. Any ideas or suggestions?

I used a bolt in one of the the pully holes and a bar wedged between the bolt and pully. This gave me about 18 inches of leverage. Put my large wrench on the center nut and smack it a couple times and it came off. good luck...
