Any interest in a NEW Aeroforce Interceptor?
haha nah man its cool. i didnt intend that to sound like "what are you doing hijacking my thread!!". I was just curious why you posted all that, then i saw your post on the previous page and it explained it. Great info again. I was all set to buy the AI and now you've got my focus reigned back in on what i'm really after. My whole purpose in doing this is to be able to send valuable info to the tuner (marty). If the AI can do that, great. If not, I know the LC1 and OT1 can, but being able to see all the perameters on one gauge is pretty cool
as far as the AI goes and the datalogging...
I guess it only has the record mode, which will record what is displayed for up to 60 seconds (i.e. RPM vs AFR). Im just not sure if theres a way to export that recording out of the gauge...

It is very cool and I think two of them are really even more cool. But both companies will tell you that not all PIDs may be able to be monitored. So its hard to know exactly what you can do unless you know someone else who has one.
Chk your PMs BTW

im gonna keep this conversation on the board so others can teach/learn too.
so with the AI, i'll still have to use a video camera to export the data from the gauge to the tuner since the gauge only stores the recording internally? so why wouldnt i just get the LC1 if im gonna use my camera and just record the afr gauge with my rpm gauge?
If im looking to get the AFR vs RPM in non-video form, seems like my only choice is the OT1 along with OT2. Can someone clarify this?
Again, it would be nice to see all the parameters in one gauge, but the whole point of doing this is to be able to send data to the tuners (after all, i dont have a clue what knock, retard, etc. is anyway lol)

i can tell you I bought my OT1 slightly used as the guy bought it and used it to tune his LX and sold it to me. He said it was 2 weeks old and from the looks of it, he is right. There are other dataloggers out there. Try this thread below

anyone know the differences between the Zeitronix ZT-2 and the LC1/OT1? Prices are gonna be about identical (around $275) and both are wideband and can datalog to a laptop RPM vs AFR as well as many other things. No need for a video camera here.
Ease of install? Limited areas? overall differences?
Thanks
