I have one of these on my truck too. They sound pretty good to me, and I'm happy with it.

It has a little sound when speeding up through the gears but at crusing speed it is pretty quiet. $120 for the muffler and $40 for the install. For those prices if I want something more later it wont hurt to bad to change it out. As for the shiny part, I don't think i'll be getting under there to shine it so it will blend in better today after the rain and mud . The owner at the muffler shop told me that if it isn't loud enough to come back and he would cut the res of himself for free. I'm pretty satisfied with it, nice sounding muffler. I may add the aero turbine res later, the ar30 which I am sure sounds better than the stock res. The ar30 cost as much as the ar3030 though so we will see.

Where did you get it installed at,if you didn't do it yourself? "I'm having a hard time finding a place that will install mine because of the offset from the stock muffler.

Any muffler shop or exhaust place should be able to help you out. Even most mechanic places can do a simple muffler swap. The offset just means a little angling of either the extension pipe or the muffler or a mixture of both, that's all. Nothing special to it. It shouldn't take a shop with a lift more than an hour to swap and wel on a new muffler. Generally it's 1/2" hour job for our trucks.

Just a small muffler shop here in town, small shop. The offset is negated when the 3030 is installed, its just welded between the two pipes with a 16'',(or so) extention on the front of the muffler. Truck was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Should be cake work for any shop.
