i had the same problem, and i tried everything, from using a heat gun and wd-40 to using a razorblade with household oil.

in the end, goo gone and a microfiber towel seemed to work fine.

just dont give up on the goo gone, thats what its made for.

I think I will try claybar when it stops raining here. I scrubbed like crazy with goo gone. I didn't want to put to much cause goo gone will take your clear coat off.

I had this same thing on my 2nd gen when I de-badged it. I tried blue magic headlight lens cleaner and it got it off. Didn't scratch the paint.

just did this last week. The tailgate badges came off pretty easily with WD-40 and thumbnail. The RAM 1500 on the doors, not so much. So i ended up using this stuff http://www.nevrdull.com/ Its great, took the residue off and wipes right off w/ out messing up the clear coat.

Nice truck you got there RamGentry. A buddy of mine has some of that stuff. I mite give it a go. Its been raining here and ive not had the chance to try anything on it yet. If that don't work I think I mite give that headlight cleaner a go or claybar.
