Sory, something got messed up with my thread subscription and just saw your post. The only e-mail I have on him is camberadam@comcastdotnet. I have e-mailed him about a resolution on the tool that I bought from him and not one reply, even after sending 4 referrals his way. Good luck.

Awesome thread guy's, read it from page one. It may be useful to me, my truck (03) just started knocking this evening, I am hoping, praying this is my problem as well and nothing on the bottom end. And weedahoe, I may just be needing that tool.lol

Default valve springs

Thanks everyone for their input. Just got my springs changed and the truck is runnign great, broken exhaust vave on cylinder 8. Changed them all for the 6.1 exhaust valves and the 6.1 push rods from Hensonmotorsports. Made a world of difference removing the brake booster, great tip and much easier to work on. Thanks to weedahoe for the tool. One tip to the spark plugs is to put dielectric grease on them before you put it in the spark plug socket with the rubber retainer, it will then slide right offafter you tighten it down.
Thanks again everyone.
