no not really. And if you ran it at 1ohm and blew it (which will take awhile unless youre pounding all the time) itll be an excuse to buy a new one. And remember, its better to buy a good amp and alright subs than vise versa....

Joe does make a double 12 box. Hes having some trouble with orders. Call him up, and he should be able to hook you up. He was making one with 2.1ft instead of 1.8 but stopped.

And theres really no other adjustments. I made my own seat risers, as I liked the whole theatre look anyway, the back seats are a few inches higher than they were. cost me $8 in aluminum lol
