Never since day one? You'd better pop that cover off and check things out. Time to get those pretty little handy dirty.

The first fluid change your diff should see is at 1kmi along with the first oil change. Then every 15kmi only if your towing regularly, otherwise every 30kmi. The front shouldn't be neglected either. I would change that at 15kmi and then every 30kmi after that regardless of towing or not. If you used 4wd on occasion within the first 1kmi then I'd change that too as it does get wear as it rotates even not engaged.

Sorry rh you need gear oil 75w-140. 3 quarts (you only use 2 and a 1/5th btw)
You need rvt silicone a few bucks no big deal ask for it they got it.
you need a 1/2 inch socket set.
a screw driver.
emery cloth
carb cleaner or brake cleaner
thats about it. the rvt takes an hour or two to set so don't be in a hurry to put the oil in when done.
I also leaned my axles too make sure fluid got to the wheel bearings, seeing as they nwere drained for a while. I know i'm old school!!

We should have reusable metal/rubber gaskets. I have changed the front and rear twice just by cleaning the housing cleaning the pan and cleaning the gasket then re using the gasket without rtv. Never have had leaks this way just thought I would give you a heads up. The quantities are in your manual I just used traditional synthetic gear lube in the specified weight. No need for RP that chit is just a pyramid scheme.
