the way mopar designed it....blk i use that krylon fusion on all plastic stuff a few coats and voila...it says no sanding but i have sanded a few things others i just spray and go...but use a few light coats and then just crop dust it evenly.....

Yeah i used it on my a/c ***** and interior door handles and it turned out great. I think the hammered finish will look pretty good on it . I hope

what happened to wedahoes' comment?!? where the f%$k do you run an oil breather line before an intake filter? At least give us the reason for the effin reason. Sorry I didn't quote I'm tired from the road....

Well we are waiting, Where do you hook up the hose before the cai filter and why is it in the air body cavity with the stock uhit?!
I don't think there is a good reason for the stock set up. Everyone on these boards have a cai in one way or another. I have a k/n out the filler tube and no problems. weedahoe ??

isnt the pcv valve still hooked up?, isnt the filler tube dealy just for extra ventilation? do explain some 1 lmao

If you noticed that ran before the intake filter , on the stock set up. That said I believe you are right that it just sucked excess fumes (blow by) back into the motor. There shouldn.t be a vacum in the filler tube/ valve cover imo. But I can't see an adverse reason not too have the current set up with the home brew cai's. imo
