Default 04ram 4.7 v8

my ram stalls after it starts to warm up, will shut off sometimes when coasting to stop then starts up on its own. what can be wrong?

Your truck starts itself back up after it stalls? Look at the IAC on the throttle body or it could also be the EGR. Try pulling the IAC motor off the TB and cleaning it, that might be all it needs.

how many miles do you have on it? i talked to a guy with an 03 4.7 that was stalling out like yours and it ended up being in his throttle body. Is your Check engine light on?

no check eng. lite on scanned system no codes at all,
also as i'm coasting to a stop or up a hill it shuts down, tack goes to 0 and gauges are off till it starts up again with-in seconds.

Clean the throttle body and look also at the throttle position sensor. I would lean towards that.

did clean thottle body this morning wasn't bad, didn't help.
