Yes Comp grinds the cams for a 1.60 rocker ratio which Dodge submitted to Comp Cams (from what i read anyway).
They are doing something right since they they have done quite a bit of cams for our engines. The modern hemi engine that is.

After that is when i start picking 03ramit1's brain lol

Nah, thats a little to much $$$, time and effort to start playing in the engine like that... I'll just go with the 268, the numbers and powerband seem like it should put out some good numbers.

 

I think that vid is the 268 with stock heads and stock TC. It be great how yours turn out. It is def' one of the proven cams.
