I have a 06 Hemi quad cab with noisey dual exhaust and I gutted the rear seat area and I'm putting dynamat all through it. Is there any reason at all why I can't or should'nt cover those vents back behind the back seat. I'm sure noise comes in through them. I'm not sure how much though.

DO NOT cover these. These are absolutely necessary to allow pressure to escape when you close the doors as well as turning on the A/C. Anyone who says anything different doesnt know what they're talking about. Leave them alone. Your eardrums will thank you

you're seriously using dynamat? ugh... you probably run flowmaster for better flow too dont you.
do some research buddy. dynamat is the most overpriced stuff on the market. its realllllllly not worth the price. There is much better stuff out there for less money.
Do not cover them. Without them open, when you turn on the air conditioning or anything else you will over pressurize the cab. That means the incoming air has to go somewhere and the next easiest exit point are your door seals. And with that comes water leakage eventually.
