Honestly, I don't see any reason to go with any less than 4.56s with a tire that is basically 33 1/2" x 11 1/2", especially with a truck that essentially has two over-drive gears.
You'll be right in the power band that the Hemi really likes to be in (2000-2250 rpm) when cruising on the highway and many (including me) actually report better fuel economy in that range than under it!
I get a good bit better mileage around town with the 4.56s and really have to be traveling above 75 mph to see any less than when I had stock 3.92s...

As Hammer stated right around 2100-2200rpms.
I have altered my up/down shift points with my Superchips tuner and I have been getting much better mpg's.
I have 3:92's with 33" rubber and I would not do 4:10's at all. I wouldn't think twice to go with 4:56's. Only reason i have been getting better mileage is because my truck has been up in the power band where it should have been from the factory.
If you plan to go any bigger of a tire, 4:56 no doubt. If your really worried, then go 4:10, but only if you have 3:55's because 3:92 to 4:10 is a waste of $$$ IMO.
I don't think 3:92 is near enough gear for these trucks especially since 4th gear is pretty much O/D and the O/D gear is a really tall gear.
I've never heard of anyone complain about getting 4:56's but i have heard complaints of guys wishing they went with 4:56's after having 4:10's installed.
Convinced yet...???..lol
