I can't vouch for the Bilsteins, but I own Rancho 9000s that are made for 4" of lift in the front and 2.5" of lift in the rear. Dunno why you think Ranchos are only made for OEM height?
As a rule, the longer the shock, the larger the components are, which is why I recommended not using the relocation brackets and going with a longer (larger) shock. But it's up to you, stock size shocks and the relocation brackets will work also...
