if you all want a good tuner, you need to try sct. I had a superchips. The superchips did wake it up a little, but the sct woke it up more. I also have k&n cai, 52 tb, 4bbl M-1 with 2bbl adapter, ud crank pulley, deleted 3rd cat, spintech true duals with x pipe. It runs pretty good now. The 180 t-stat was noticeable as well. If interested in sct do a search for hemifever, he has pretty good deals.

check out the fastman thats a great mod for throttle responce and low end as well as top end 52mm .
these are edelbrock 1.7 HS there an esy mod just take off the stocker and put these bad boys on
this is the intake im running 300 bucks, but you can go to advance or pep boys and pick up 14x3 for 30 bucks and still get the same result
i love my longtubes as well, the 1st time i drove outta the shop i shat myself lol

i like the K&N intake better, the best bang for the buck is the tuner, then 1.7HS then fastman. fastman was the 1st mod i did to the truck and i cant remember that much but it does do alot for throttle responce. and bringing the air into the motor.
the 3rd gen 5.9 you guys really have 3 cats ??
the 10x3 is too small not bringing in enoguh air to feed the 5.9 you would prob like the 14x3 better and get the k&n filter for it

the 180 just makes the 5.9 respond a lil better, feels less sluggish

the 10X3 does seem like its choking off the motor a little. i think im going to try the k&n cai over the 14x3 because it seems like the 14x3 sucks in a lot more hot air compared to what the k&n cai would
