Most Bang for the Buck?? Suggestions please
I am 16 and just got my license. I have a silver 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. I threw on a magnaflow muffler and stainless tip already. I have been working all summer/spring to save up some money to spend on the truck and now it is time to decide what I should spend it on and what I shouldn't.
I guess I am really only looking to dress it up a little bit. It has enough HP for my needs of driving to school, but I would like to make it a little more unique.
I have thoughts of new tires/rims, lifts or levels, hood scoops, or front/top light bars. I would love to have a 6 inch lift but I am afraid it could end up costing me quite a bit of money.
What about just cranking the torsion bar up a couple inches to level it out and then putting some larger tires on it?
Any thoughts?

I'm a firm believer that form should follow function. Think about what you really want to do with the truck, and then decide the steps you need to take to get it there. Are you considering just lifting for show, or for clearance for bigger tires for the trail? Either one's OK by me, but understand your goals before you set forth. If you put bigger tires on, you might consider changing your gearing as well. And of course, if you're going to hit the trails, you may want to consider a liimited slip differential or even a locker.
There's lots of options out there, and some will inspire or require you to spend money on other things as well.

It is a 4x4.
Basically I want to go with looks, yet I still want it to be able to pull around wagons on the farm and little things like that.
I won't be doing any serious off roading. The closest I will get to off roading is driving the 10 mile long dirt road to my cabin. It will really only be used for driving back and forth to school and ill possibly bring it up north once and awhile. Of course there is the chance that I will need it to pull a empty wagon from one farm to another or something to that sorts.
Oh, and Hammer, hopefully those are wheelie bars lol

Personally the very first mod should be gears. Better to get that out of the way before swapping out for bigger tires/rims and lifting. The power of the hemi is nice and you maybe happy with it after doing those swaps but i wont be surprised if you start a post down the road stating you need more gid-e-up.
If you do stick to looks then good for you as believe me it is hard to build up all three (suspension/cosmetic/performance).
