Well you can just put the one cat one one for the two pipes and see if it works.......Most people cut them off and leave them out. Where do you live?

i live in southern idaho, there is no smoke check or anything like that out here so im dang sure that there is no problem taking out the cat, but what about the 02 sens? will it be ok if i just put them on one pipe? oh and check these out http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...d=190421256865, it says up to 2001 but i dont see why it wouldnt work for my 02? and it comes with one 02 sens mount what do you think?

It will just stink of hydrocarbons without it. You will either need MIL eliminators or a tune that will turn off the rear O2 sensor or it will have a check engine light all of the time.

Pre cat measures A/F. Post cat measures cat efficiency and is where you need to put the non-foulers.
