It will fit fine. Shouldn't take a shop more than 30min or so to do it, really easy job.

Yeah, assuming your OEM pipe is good and not rotted out, they should just cut down the old muffler and put the new in its place. Even if they have to add a bit of pipe, it wont take much pipe or time.
