These are the part #'s they gave me at wholesale mopar
55056502AC is the new bottle which replaces the coolant overflow and washer fluid tank
6101718 is a screw you need to mount the new tank
6505492AA is a u-nut needed to mount the tank. I just replaced them on my 04 yesterday and the total was $72.77 shipped. The dealer I talked to said the tank was back-ordered and would be over $100.

Looking online I have seen some pics of it and it looks good - I am assuming the hose connections are in the same location and the stock hose parts fit.
I have just ordered all new hose for everything from Rock Auto. I figured they are all the same age and the one I dont replace will the be "weak link" in the system and fail.
