I have the same or very similar noise on mine (06 stock everything). It's very frustrating. After a lot of tightening parts and replacing swaybar links (they were bad), noise remains.

Pretty much, unles you can move your wiper shafts around enough that prutrude the colw, but then again, maybe there is something just laying down in there that isn't part of the wiper assembly?

Unless his wheels are loose, i don't think that's the case. Sorta scary if it is.

What about taking off your inner wheeel liner to see if something is touching your fender? There are wires and stff that are roted behind there.

Is it a light hollow rattle like soething light making the noise or is it a heavy souning rattle like it must be a large component?

I checked the wheel spacers...first thing I did lol...i put blue loctite on them and there wasnt one loose

it sounds heavy to me, almost like a piece of heavy metal rattling on another piece of heavy metal. I dont think a video camera would pick up the noise because the exhaust/air intake out be picked up before it. I have been checking everything on the firewall and that I could see

Ok throwing this out there, have you checked your front wheel bearings? I know they mostly roar and vibrate when they go bad. I work part time for a parts store and have had some customers come in with the same symptom and their mechanic diagnoised a bad bearing. never had anyone return the bearings so I am assuming that fixed their issue. May look into that as well if you havent already.
