check the FAQ section there is a DIY on the efan.
Mine's a bit different but it's the same for the install. I did the same thing as the DIY says, used a fan out of a Ford Taurus (I used a 2 wire fan, most use a 3 wire fan)
I used a NAPA temp control kit and ran it to control a solenoid (an 80 amp relay works too) to power the fan. If you use a 3 wire fan you'll only need the low speed side and a 40 amp relay works fine

E Fan Help
hey guys. im fixin to get ready to do a e fan mod soon. i have a 2002 1500 with a 5.9 360..question is...what kind of temp control module should i get and how do i wire it up and what temp do i set it at and where do i place the temp sensor or can i tie it in to the OE temp sensor. if anyone with a 5.9 out there that has done this please help cuz i dont want to mess anything up

its all the same as the other motors essentially. I just went to NAPA and asked for a temp control module for an e-fan, the whole kit had a temp probe, module, and some wiring. Cost about $35. When you're driving around take note of where your needle is sitting, adjust the temp control to come on when it's just a little bit higher. The temp probe goes through the radiator fins.
