LOL, had this happen with my daughters stuffed little toy cat. Any time I'd hit a bump in the car I'd hear this "Meow". I was going nuts along the side of the road looking for this cat I thought was trapped under the hood of my car or something LOL.

Ok I narrowed it down last night while running from the FBI and the local sex offender squad..private eyes and the psycho ward doctors...... I drove around with the radio off.. There is a muffled beep when I first start out right before the automatic locks snap down Its like Beep ..lock.. So it must be something in that system.. Its definitely a muffled beep coming from the door.. Not a chime coming from the dash area..

I have the same beep...only happens on very rare occasions, but always right when doors auto lock...dealer said they would take a look at it but I don't feel like hearing the cannot recreate the issue and give us our money now...I just deal with it since it is not all the time...just so you know your not the only one

Haha, I was thinking the same thing! Do both of you tow around a merry-go-round with popsicles and chocolates melting in your laps?

Yeah. my truck does it too...sometimes its 1-2 times a week and sometimes it won't happen for a couple months...EXACT description muffled sound from drivers door, then doors lock. Maybe the relay for the door locks is producing some sort of resonate frequency or something. Cuz I have no kids so there are not any toys in there. VERY few people ever ride in my truck so the chances of them dropping anything are very slim to none.
