Today I decided to change my thermistat. And it still keeps pushing fluid out the overflow tube. Not sure what the deal is I'm tired of putting money in this truck does anyone think there may be blockage in the radiator? It's realy not running to hot I just don't like the gauge going past the middle mark.any ideas I could realy use thanks.

Head gasket could be leaking and pressurized the Rad.

There is probably some air in the system. Park it nose up, heater on and let it reach operating temperature with the cap loose. The air should bubble out.

i would replace your radiator cap. as long as your thermostat is installed correctly and your jiggle pin on your thermostat is at the 12 o clock position

Why does the jiggle valve need to be at the 12 oclock position is it because of air

All the way off is probably best. Yes, a little jiggle at 12 o'clock helps the air escape.
