I bought my set from the stealership for 450$, but singles were 3 something for power/heated. Was originally going to get the koolvue set but some on here said the mirrors were plastic instead of glass and vibrated so badly you couldn't really see out of them, so that motivated me to spend the money on the dealer set.

The best price for the (Trailer Tow, heated and power) Kool Vue Mirror set is $204.24 shipped from
Discount Auto Mirrors. I ordered a set (for a Gen 2) and the fit and finish was OEM quality.

IMO, plastic would be better than the glass. You are not going to drop or hit the plastic and break them. Try finding replacement glass for the tows and see how hard it is.

CarPartsWholesale on eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_5680wt_1107

I just bought a set for my '03. What the hell. There was no way wife was going to let me pay $400+ for OEM and there was no way I was going to tow the RV again with those damn clip on mirrors! These have GOT to be better then those! lol

Here they are. Sorry, the truck is pretty dirty now compared to the first pic.

Now they feel no worse or better then OEM plasticy feeling mirrors. When I checked to see how they were put together - no better or worse than OEM mirrors. Even compared both of my OEM mirrors and the line going around the housing wasn't all that perfect to begin with. We'll see how they hold up to Florida sun and time. The OEMs did last 8 years and look fantastic still. So far I'm happy with the new Kool Vues, didn't seem to vibrate all that much - even though they're larger mirrors.
