Default gear oil or trans oil
I have a 03 ram 1500 3.7 v6 5speed, It has 110,000. Was wondering if my truck needed gear oil or trans oil and how often do yall change it or have u ever changed it ?

I would have already changed both if I was you. Your manual should give you recommended intervals for your conditions, they're both easy to change.

Most modern manual transmissions use atf. Like mentioned above, check your owners manual.
