Default Truck Uneven left to right

I just replaced all four of my shocks with bilsteins. the front driver's side shock was leaking fluid. Now that it is all done my truck is noticably lower on the passenger side.

any ideas?

maybe the shocks need to break in? I just replaced a set of shocks at work and the truck did sit uneven after the install. 3 days later the dude brought it back to get some other things put on and i remeasured it and it actually leveled out. So this may be your case.

You might need to adjust the torsion bars, but if you do that, the alignment will need to be adjusted.

Might take you a long time to find torsion bars in an 06.

if the shocks don't end up breaking in properly then your left or right spring has more give than the other if its the left sinking check it when your gas tank is empty. a buddy of mine out air bags in his truck cause he figured a full tank of fuel made his truck unlever left to right.

Shocks don't affect ride height. Only the springs do that. If one of your new shocks is absolutely frozen, that could be an issue, but it's unlikely.

Sounds good. It initially was 1.75 inches off and now it is .25 inches different. I am hoping it just needed time to settle after being on jack stands.

D'oh, no torsion bars? When did they stop using those? Or are they only on certain suspensions?
