Default Power windows work but....

I was looking at my door panel today while opening or closing my power window and noticed that the panel sucks in whenever the motor is operating. Come to find out all four doors do this and while they function fine (drivers side rear screeches a bit) it makes my truck feel cheap.

Has anybody tried to brace the inside of the door panels to keep this from happening, or is my truck the only one doing this....

Also anything i can do about the screech?

Every truck and suv ive been in with power windows does that including mine. I think thats the way they come. And the screech is probably the ruber lining on the outside of the window

almost all cars do that nowdays, just fixed a jeep cherokee the other day at work where the window came out of the track.once i re-alined it, it was fine but the door panel flexed in and out alot.all manufactures use the cable and motor now(window regulator),the old scissor type is obsolite.there is a product for the window seals that will lube them but not leave residue on the window to eliminate the squeek...

I think it's because the seals are tight enough against the window that the glass moving up and down displaces air.

The doors aren't sealed that well and the total volume of the glass is minimal.

I guess it's fine since it is normal, i'm going to look closely at the power windows in some other vehicles and see what they do. That squeak-fix product sounds good i'll get some and try it out. Thanks for the help

Are your window tracks greased good?

Every power window vehicle I have ever seen does it to an extent, some more than others.

Spray some clear silicon spray in the glass tracks occasionally to keep the glass sliding smoothly.
I personally hate the cable style window units. The older style were more rigid and were easier to service.
